Sunday School

"Jesus called the children to him and said, 'Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." (Luke 18:16)

Christian education at St. Paul Lutheran begins in kindergarten and continues through adulthood. Each and every Sunday following worship K-9th graders break into small groups with dedicated instructors to nurture their faith, engage Holy Scripture, and intentionally build a lasting relationship with God.

Milestone moments in faith development at St. Paul Lutheran include:

  • Bible presentation (Grade 3)
  • First Communion (Grade 5)
  • Confirmation (Grades 7 and 8)

"Raise up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will
not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6)

Upon reaching 3rd grade and continuing through high school, youth at St. Paul Lutheran are invited to join us for a monthly gathering to experience the love of God through a variety of games, activities, and service projects. Students are encouraged to enter into true, honest and real relationships with their peers while laying a life foundation built on the promises of Jesus Christ.
